The menu changes daily at Pane Caldo, reflecting the culinary staff’s insistence on using the freshest available ingredients. The menu features seasonal rare and exotic herbs, paired with the freshest organic meat, poultry and wild seafood. Breads are baked fresh each morning, spectacularly unique desserts and candies are hand-made. The soups are all from vegetarian stock, and whenever possible, the produce comes from local, organic farmers. With such fine ingredients the culinary staff can consistently deliver the best dishes.
